Dr. Penumetcha responds to attorney inquiries with a brief scheduling call to determine whether a matter fits his practice and whether any conflict exists. This call addresses scope, timeline, and retention — not the merits of the case.

Substantive review begins only after a conflict check and a signed retention agreement.

He accepts referrals from attorneys and law firms in Oregon. He is retained through counsel, not directly by individual parties to a legal matter.

Please do not include identifying details about the evaluee or describe the facts of the case in an initial inquiry. Party names for the conflict check are taken on the scheduling call, not through this form.
